Three swimming pools in the community are available to all residents and owners. Long range planning is underway to improve the swimming pools and cabanas. In the meantime, all are fully functional and will remain so until new modifications are started. Villa 1 will likely be the first to undergo a major chance with the pool being converted, perhaps, to a walking exercise pool, hot tub, and kiddies pool and wet playground. Funds to help make things happen are underway with a Villa 1 reserve fund that will span 5 years before construction begins. In the meantime, the plan is to keep the Villa 1 pool open for swimming. Special engineering work has to be done before the project begins.
